Interior design is one of my biggest passions in life! That may sound weird to some, but we spend so much time in our homes (especially now). The state of our mind reflects our environment and our environment reflects the state of our mind. Like fashion, our home is a place where we an express our personal style, our story, history, our travels, experiences and values. We find so much inspiration from interior designers and home owners alike. So we decided to create a series on the blog to shine a spotlight on designers and spaces we are swooning over! This series will be called "Designers we are Digging". ( I love my alliterations )
To kick off this series, we are highlighting one of my favorite designers -- Chrissy of Harlowe James. Chrissy is an interior designer based in one of my favorite little Bay Area coastal towns, Sausalito. I too used to live there and David and I actually spent most of our days dating there. She not only offers her E design services professionally but she also runs a killer instagram page and blog, where you can find all the inspiration for decor. She shares a lot about her small home and has a timeless style with a nod to vintage and European details throughout her space, which she blends together seamlessly.
