How much is shipping?
We provide FREE shipping on orders over $75 to the U.S. and Canada. US shipping cost is $3.99, Shipping Canada is $8.99/Blankets ship for $20, international shipping is 13.99/Blankets ship for $25.
When will my order be shipped out?
The fact that you've made a purchase with us means you're excited about the cause and share our eagerness to spread it. For that reason, we work to get you your new products as fast as we can! Just give us about 3 days to make it happen. Why 3 days? 1 day will be spent processing your individual order (making sure we've got everything just right!), 1 day to make our product (just for you) and 1 more day to package it with a love note and a thank you before it's sent out on its way to its new home!
Once our product is on its way, we will send you an email with your tracking order. Give it about 7-10 days after ordering for it to arrive (so you can do your happy dance).
What about returns?
We know how tricky online purchasing can be! If the clothing item you received does not fit, please send it back to us within 60 days of purchasing. If we have the size you're looking for available, we will gladly send it to you with no additional cost to you, what's so ever. If we do not have the size you need available, we will give you the full amount back, minus the donation associated with that order. (That will have already been donated to the charity.)
